Logging onto the Network

 1.   Select your home school location by single-clicking the down arrow to the right of that entry fiend.

 2.   Enter your username.  Your user name consists of your first initial, directly followed by your last name.  Be sure to omit spaces and use lower case.  e.g. fromano

 3.   Enter your password.  The first time that you log onto the network, you must enter the password 1234.

 4.   Select OK.

 5.   A Confirm Password screen will appear, prompting you to change your password.

 6.   Select YES.

 7.   A Change Password screen will appear.

 8.   You may enter an original password in the ENTER A NEW PASSWORD field.

 9.   You are required to reenter your password in the retype new password field.

10.  Select OK.

Note: You will be required to reenter your password every forty-five days.  The only difference in the Change Password field will be an additional field, Enter Old Password.

11.  After you select OK, you will see a Change Windows Password screen. 12.  Select CANCEL.

Note:  After you select CANCEL, you will see an automatic log in script, showing you all of your connections.

12.  The login script will disappear when it finishes running, unless there is an error in the login process.  If this is the case, you must choose CLOSE at the bottom of the RESULTS window.

13.  You will then be ready to begin your work session.
